Porting Process:

There are several steps in the porting process that are essential and are completed in a sequential process. Briefly these steps are: 


  1. Port submission – numbers are submitted to our upstream tier 1 carrier. 
  2. Port acceptance – numbers are accepted and are ready for us to arrange your porting date and time. 
  3. Port scheduled – numbers have been allocated a port booking date and time. Please note the time will be a 2 hour window. Steps are taken to ensure there is minimal down time, however your service may experience some downtime as it moves between the Tier 1 carriers.
  4. Port completed – numbers have now been migrated to Fone Dynamics and can be routed via our platform.
