Call Queue

FDX has implemented a simple call queue function to the platform, the feature cannot replace a full call queue function.


Add the call Queue node anywhere in the flow.



By default FDX provides a royalty free music segment. Custom audio can be uploaded.

We currently do not have the option for intermittent comfort messages or queue positions. 



Queue size is the number of callers the can be parked.

Queue timeout is the duration the callers sit in the queue before being force exited.



The answer-point number works similarly to other nodes.

The queue supports multiple answer-points, multiple numbers will be rung simultaneously. 




Once the call queue size limit or timeout has been reached the call will exit the queue node via the relative exit.


Once exited the call be directed to another team, or a voicemail.
